"My work explores structures of light and shadow, interiority and exteriority, opacity and translucency, motion and fixity. It is a search for intensity in the experience of space in which light determines the formal explorations becoming sculpted material.
The insistence to work both, sculpturally and installationally within single projects; it is a desire to carefully consider and stage the conditions for the phenomenological experience and cultivate a careful engagement in between producer, and receiver.
I look for developing a unified existential practice that fluctuates between architecture and art and seeks to merge the boundaries of both disciplines with a strong disposition towards thinking in and through metaphorical oppositions that engages in overcoming artificial boundaries, fixed forms and separations of experience. A sophistication and relentlessness of a program that continually deconstructs, questions and reassembles the conceptual and motivational components of my own practice."
